How long is standard shipping?


Domestic: 1-6 weeks 

International: 3-6 weeks

Express 1-4 Days Canada & USA Only 


PRE-ORDERS

Items available for pre-order will be shipped once the product becomes available. Please note, once your order is placed no refund can be made.

Pre-order items can take 2 weeks -8 weeks  before it's shipped .

 

 

Processing Time

Processing time is between 2 and 7 business days depending on volume .Once the item has been processed, you will receive your tracking number.

A temporary hold may be placed on orders with differing billing and shipping addresses.

Can I change my address after I've placed my order?

No, due to fraudulent activity orders are shipped to the same address that you enter at checkout. 

Once the checkout process is complete, processing time begins and refunds and cancellations cannot be permitted.

Items on preorder status are sold out and ship as soon as inventory is available.

 

International 

Customers receiving packages internationally are responsible for any additional fees or tariffs charged by the shipping company.
