Refund policy

Can I return or exchange my garments?

No I do not accept returns or exchanges.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL please double check your size and the garment before processing your payment. Once your payment has been processed your order can not be changed. 

There are NO cash or credit refunds, but we will work with you to get you the correct product you ordered if there were issues with what you receive such as damaged goods, or we've sent you the wrong item. You have 24 hour to report the issue after product is received 

Please note we cannot make any changes on the order once it is placed.  

Once an order is placed we are not able to edit the order nor change the shipping address. Please verify that your information is correct before completing the order.

 We Don't sell Used item or products due to hygiene reasons .All our products or inspected before item is package and shipped.

Courses and Training 

Unfortunately we don't offer refunds on Deposits and Full payments of online or in-person class.

If the cancellation by you is due to change of mind and you no longer wish to participate in the course  

Please contact us. 

 However all courses are entirely Non-Refundable . 

All digital products are deemed ‘used’ once downloaded or opened. No refunds will be given once electronic course materials or online programs have been accessed.
